The Impact Boise Committee provides hands-on volunteer power for short-term community projects with priority on our Focus area, which are mission driven.  The Impact Boise Committee identifies community organizations with potential short-term projects, which offer members of the Impact Boise Committee the opportunity to enhance the League's volunteer image, while giving them the opportunity to participate in short-term, direct service projects that produce immediate results. All members of the JLB may choose to participate in Impact Boise projects, but the principle work force shall be from the Impact Boise committee.  It works with the Community Research and Project Development (CRPD) Committee to identify potential projects.
