Impact on the Community: Through the Junior League of Boise, you will be able to continue our tradition of excellence in building better communities. Nearly every month we perform a project that brings hope and joy to our neighbors.  Our signature and permanent projects also are leaving a positive mark on the Treasure Valley.  Through The Bridge, we are recruiting more foster families and finding safe, loving homes for the most vulnerable children in our community.  Through Especially Me!, we are providing tools to our young women to make smart decisions for their lives, maintain high self-esteem and become tomorrow's leaders. Training: At the Junior League of Boise, we strive to make sure you receive training not only to perform your volunteering activities within the League, but also to become a leader in our community.  Many of our members have taken the skills and knowledge learned experientially and through our workshops and seminars to participate on the Board of Directors of nonprofit and for-profit organizations throughout the Treasure Valley.  Members are applaud our League for providing training opportunities in areas that will help them excel in their professional and family lives.

Networking: Every monthly General Meeting has time before and after the meeting specifically to allow members to get to know each other and network in a casual, fun atmosphere. We also have functions throughout the year that are meant to be purely aimed at letting our members meet and network, to share their experiences and laughter.
